A Closer Look

Zoom levels

This moment only has 1 zoom level: the picture does change quite dramatically when Snape activates the Floo.

  • The bat spleens and the dragon liver are both side by side at the bottom of the shelf to Snape's left.
  • The pufferfish eyes are on the shelf of the same case. They are in the second jar from the left.
  • The eels' eyes can be found on the shelf above the previous one, in the jar next to the upright books on the right.
  • Click the Marauder's Map on the table next to Harry for a closer look.

Various items respond when you mouse over them:

  • On the second shelf from the top, skulls in a jar begin to float around with an eerie clatter.
  • The teacup near the Marauder's Map violently jiggles with a snap.

When you mouse over Snape he throws Floo Powder in the fire:

You can faintly hear the wind moaning, and liquids drip occasionally.
