Discovered in chapter 6, Talons and Tea Leaves

Pansy Parkinson is a Slytherin student. She attends Hagrid's first Care of Magical Creatures lesson with the Slytherins and Gryffindors. She is in tears after Draco Malfoy's attack, and thinks that Hagrid should be fired straight away.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

Discovered in chapter 18, The Weighing of the Wands

Pansy Parkinson joins the other Slytherin fourth-year students outside Snape's dungeon as they wait for their Double Potions lesson. She thinks their badges, which change from the message supporting Cedric Diggory to proclaim POTTER STINKS when pressed, are very funny and joins in the students laughing at Harry. She finds Hermione being hit by Malfoy's Densaugeo hex hilarious, and enjoys the sight of Hermione's growing front teeth.

Discovered in chapter 23, The Yule Ball

Pansy attends the Yule Ball with Draco Malfoy wearing very frilly robes of pale pink. She clutches at Draco's arm as they walk into the Great Hall.

Discovered in chapter 27, Padfoot Returns

Pansy stands with Crabbe, Goyle and Malfoy outside the Potions classroom, sniggering heartily at the article about Harry's 'Secret Heartache' in Witch Weekly. Pansy was interviewed by Rita Skeeter for the article, and suggested to the journalist that Hermione created a Love Potion to gain Viktor Krum's and Harry's affection.

Discovered in chapter 27, The Centaur and the Sneak

Pansy Parkinson is one of the students who joins Professor Umbridge in trying to catch those meeting in the Room of Requirement. Pansy ran into the Room of Requirement at Umbridge's request to see if the students had left anything behind, and found the list of names that was pinned on the wall, giving it to the professor as evidence.
